SmartRuns is an online registration system that is Fast, Convenient and Secure!

First you need to create your account. With all of your information, we can establish that you are ready to register your event. SmartRuns can tailor each online registration form to fit your event’s needs. Need to know how many men are registered? How many age groups? How many t-shirts and what size? No problem.

Online Payment. After your online registration form is set up, participants can register and pay their registration fee online. The registration fee is processed online. The participant enters their personal amd credit card information using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. After the credit card is approved, the credit information is dropped from our system. The system only stores the first and last four numbers of the credit card. The online registration payments will go into a SmartRuns account and after 3-5 business days we will send you a check containing all of the registration payments. If your organization has its own payment gateway (currently compatible with LinkPoint), the online registration payments can be deposited directly. We will send you an invoice for using SmartRuns online registration processing. Please contact our staff for more information. After your participants register for your event, they get an automatic e-mail confirming of their online registration and payment.

Online Reports. While online registration is open, you can access your Event Coordinator Reports profile. You can see who has registered, who has paid, and much more. All the online registration information you need can be downloaded into a Microsoft® Excel spreadsheet. SmartRuns can also be used to collect online donations! It is a simple feature you can add to your online registration. For a small processing fee, you can maximize your fundraising efforts. The SmartRuns online payment system can process donation reports as well.

Web presence. If your organization does not have a Web site, we can create one for you! Putting your event online makes registration a breeze. Will last year’s participants remember to sign up for your event? We can garner repeat participation for your event with e-mail reminder notices!
